By creating an account or using breadkultur ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

breadkultur is a community platform for sourdough bakers. It allows users to share posts, trade sourdough starters, exchange messages, and access baking resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions.
• One person may hold one account; accounts are not transferable.

By using breadkultur, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Share spam, unsolicited advertising, or misleading information.
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Share illegal content or facilitate illegal transactions.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning. We reserve the right to moderate at our discretion.

You retain ownership of content you post on breadkultur. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

breadkultur facilitates connections between users who wish to trade or share sourdough starters. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Any exchange, payment, or agreement is solely between the parties involved.

We do not verify the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users transact at their own risk.

Starter listings include an approximate location (city or zip code level) to help users find starters nearby. Exact addresses are never collected or displayed. You can control the visibility of your location detail in your profile settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we are established.
